Capt. Norbert Francis Rebello was born and brought up in Mumbai and is now living in Goa for two decades. Since college he has been deeply involved in social work and counselling for the betterment of the lives of people. To enhance his knowledge about humans and the problems faced by all including special children and adolescents he pursued his master’s in Counselling from the Indian institute of counselling, New Delhi. 

Capt. Norbert Rebello joined the shipping industry at the age of 19. He is still sailing and has completed 43 years out at sea out of which he has served for more than 25 years as captain on board ship. He has a Master’s degree from the prestigious Royal Marine Institute of Technology, Melbourne, Australia. He is the author of three published books and his sketches are placed all over the world and sold for charity purposes. 

When on land he does social service and assists people. It was during this time that one of his close associates gave birth to a child with cerebral palsy. This made him take interest in children with mental health development and special needs. When abroad he visited clinics and centres in various countries. Here he realized that these special children were being taken care of with love and understanding. The major difference was the love willingly showered on these children that helped them improve faster. 

When he had a child with special needs, he sought out various doctors and places in Goa. With not many options available he had to travel to various places for assessment of the child. He also has several close friends, neighbours, relatives with these blessed children who needed care and therapy.

N - Neuroplasticity: Neurons that fire together wire together. The brain is in a constant state of adaptation according to stimuli. Programs and therapies by professionals in our center increase advanced brain simulation and quick progress. 

G - Guidance: Our services not only assist the child in quicker progress but also guide their parents to handle difficult situations in all environments. 

C - Care: We care for our clients as one of our own and treat them with dignity and respect. All of us understand how it is as we have special children within our family and close friends. 

E - Empathy: We have the ability to understand and share the feelings of another. We understand how the family and guardians feel and we also counsel the parents to learn to cope with the situation. 

N - Nurture: We nurture and care for the person we are involved with and encourage the growth and development of the person involved and their surrounding family. 

T - Tolerance: We have the capacity to endure and accept all types of clients irrespective of the issues connected with them. We patiently listen and find viable solutions in the quickest and best possible manner. 

R - Reachable: We are reachable 24 X 7 to help our clients with the problems they could face when they are at home without any support. 

E - Everyone: We are here to help one and all. We accept each one irrespective of caste, creed, religion, age or gender and treat everybody equally without differentiation.
